When viewing competitors links in the report, is it possible to view the backlinks DA and PA ratings per link?

I'm sorry but currently it isn't possible. You can view Trust Flow and Citation Flow instead. If it is important for you to see DA and PA ratings as well, I can put it on our list of potential improvements.
