Can I create reports to see our links that are indexed by Google?

You can do it by filtering your links for Google Index:

Go to the Your Links section
Click "New filter"



Select "Google Index" from the dropdown menu with the "is Indexed" condition:



Or:

Go to Link Analysis:



Click "Filters'", then Google Index, and then check "Indexed":



You will be able to see the filtered reports.
