How do I upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle? How is it handled?

You can upgrade in the middle of the billing cycle by going to the plans page ( and selecting your new plan. 

When you upgrade, you will get a prorated refund for all unused time on your current plan. It will take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account or credit card statement.
