What roles and permissions do you have?
Monitor Backlinks has 3 roles:
Administrators have full access to all domains and can manage Team members, including domain assigning.
Project Managers have access (except delete) to domains that were assigned to them.
Clients can only view their domains. You can specify the domains that they have access to so that you can give them access without worrying about them having access to other clients' domains.
You can set up roles and permissions by clicking on your profile and going to Manage Users.
