Should I still disavow links from a bad site which no longer exists?

You may have links from sites that were bad, but which no longer exist or have expired. Should you still disavow those links?

Yes, because:

You never know when those dead domains may come back online again.
You never know how Google's algorithms react to those links.

Thus, there is no disadvantage to disavowing spammy domains even if they have expired.
